Joshua Bell, a junior at Templeton High in California, repeated as CIF Central Section Masters Division 3 boys cross country champion at Woodward Park in Fresno. Bell covered the 5-kilometer layout in 15:31.64 to help Templeton secure sixth place overall with 170 points. Bell advanced to the Division 3 state final Nov. 26 at Woodward Park in Fresno.
