Joshua Bell, a junior at Templeton High in California, placed second in the boys varsity small school race at the 43rd ASICS Clovis Invitational by clocking 15:15.1 on the 5-kilometer course at Woodward Park in Fresno, Calif. Bell helped Templeton finish 18th with 525 points.
